Card Game

This is an imitation of the Acey Ducey
card game. In the game, the dealer (computer) deals
2 cards face up. You can choose to bet or not bet based on your feeling
that the next card
(middle card) will have a value between the first two. You can flip the
middle card over by
clicking on it and find out if you have won..
The order and values of the cards are:
Ace,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,Jack,Queen,King
Your starting capital is 100 euros.
The game continues until you have either lost everything or the program.
